hi, can I check if I can leave the luggage the day before we check in for one day? we will be taking a side trip to another town.

we do not hava a specific room to store lugagges, but near us on the street you can find some cheap store to store your lugagges

Artemide guest house is situated on second floor with out lift. Our suite is inside our guest house so is at the second floor

You can leave your luggage in the corridor after the check out time, the time for the check out it's at the 10:30 am

Will you help book taxi for 4am? we have flight at 6am.

Absolutely, if our client needs a booked taxi we can do this for them.

we don't have a place for bicycles. We are a guest house at second floor without elevator. We can not accept bike inside our guest house

Wonderful
The room we had was really comfortable. Looked very modern, and the lights and bath fittings were awesome. Fan was provided and was useful.
As mentioned in the posting, 2nd floor, no lift. A problem if you have more luggage.

Exceptional
Very clean, the jacuzzi and the sauna were awesome, on a perfect location - probably the best street with bars and restaurants in Florence. Duomo in 5 minutes walking distance, and the SMN station in 3 minutes. Staff was really helpful and responsive. Maybe a bit pricey, but hey - it’s really worth it!

great location ????
great location, right by the centre (5 min walk from station and 10 mins to the Duomo!), easy to find, staff easy to get hold of and very helpful. The spa bath and sauna were wonderful!
a few minor things had been overlooked - the remote for the tv didn’t work as needed new batteries, the mini bar wine was never put in the fridge and the two bottles of water left for us in there - one was half empty!
